Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, makeup and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
- Wedding and party materials may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photo or video).
- We will gladly exchange the item or issue store credit once the issue is verified.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Kaylabelledidi will cover the return shipping fee.
